You don't seem to understand Science. "Laws" aren't the same as the ones derived through legislation. Law in Science is a construct that basically means a theory seems to be repeatable and constant..for now. The Theory of Gravity..and Gravitation is in constant flux..especially since we are peering more and more into the Universe. No good Scientist has such rigid thinking. Steven Hawkings recently gave up on his theories on Black Holes when another theory made more sense.

Seriously..pick up a book some time. Or tune into the Science channel or NatGeo.
