Oil is as natural as any thing else on Gods Green Earth. We're supposed to believe that oil is "Dinosaur byproducts" only? I don't think so.

Three hundred years of fossil fuels,,amazingly we are stuck in basically stone age energy solutions.
Yet in the past fifty years we have seen the greatest advancement in technology ever.
Why is it that everything else has advanced, yet we're where we were centuries ago in regards to energy.

Oil is oil. How do you "technologically" improve oil? The only thing I can see an an improvement on oil is synthetic oil. Oil isn't an invention, it's a discovery.

Other than more efficient means of drilling and refining, there is no way to technologically improve oil. You can't "improve" air or water for that matter either.

Regardless, it is a finite product with 7 Billion people competing for it.

We need to develop a dependabel renewable energy source or we will price ourselves out of existence competing for a depleted resource

We have more coal than the Arab world has oil.
