Worker who are involved in the public trust should pay heavy penalties for braking the law. We need more tent prisons and hard labor camps, no weight rooms, TV or law libraries. They will to tired at the end of the day to do anything but eat and sleep. Prison should be hell not a badge of honor as it is in some cultures.
