Susan Rice should easily be confirmed. She is incompetent and this entire regime is one of incompetency. Someone better qualified might challenge obama on his decrees. No dictator can tolerate a competent person in office. What they demand is personal loyalty and Rice has that. Even though John Kerry doesn't want to be Secretary of Defense, he is so over the top unqualified he should be awarded the office based on political patronage.
