2nd Amendment is one of the most controversial law. Yes, we have the right to defend ourselves. But who will defend us from us?
Now I mean restrictions on the carrying of weapons in public places. More precisely not limitation, and the resolution.
The idea is that with a resolution to carry weapons in public places, whether it be a church or a mall, any person (crazy of course) can safely go in and start shooting. If there was a restriction on the carrying of weapons, this crazy could not go inside. Risk of mass murder would be reduced. Can it be true?
