    When the states established their union, they delegated to it a small, limited set of powers. These powers are listed in Art I, section 8. Which of these powers would permit congress to make a law concerning the keeping and bearing of arms by the people of the several states?

    the answer to that of course is ZIPPO NADA ZERO since these are 'reserved' rights, and reserved rights are OUTSIDE the purview of the US gubmint.
