Abimegender: a gender that is profound, deep, and infinite; meant to resemble when one mirror is reflecting into another mirror creating an infinite paradox
Aerogender: a gender that is influenced by your surroundings
Aesthetigender: a gender that is derived from an aesthetic; also known as videgender
Affectugender: a gender that is affected by mood swings

Why should I care what someone calls themselves? If you want to dress up as Mr. Spock and wear a Starfleet uniform, and pretend you are an alien from the planet Vulcan, that's your business.

If you demand that I address you as Spock, and grant you any privileges based on your claimed alien identity, then it becomes my business.

On a more practical level, if some mentally/morally-defective male pervert claims to be female, and on that basis, demands to be allowed into the same woman-designated dressing rooms, locker rooms, communal showers, restrooms, etc., that my wife, daughter, sister, mother, or other genuine female relative or acquaintance is using…
