Just one more reason automatic birthright citizenship for children of illegal aliens should be repealed. This is pure madness. Illegal aliens are benefiting from welfare by way of their american born children. An incentive of many.

Heh. Don't hold your breath. The last thing "Christians" care about are hungry children. They're way too busy denying rights to gays and women. Heck, just protecting priests and moving them from parish to parish (fresh meat, you know) is a full time job.

Lefties seem to be drifting towards the Chinese way of government and a left wing supreme court justice recommended that Egypt not use the US Constitution as a model but model themselves on South Africa. Try entering China illegally and applying for social assistance. Try to enter South Africa illegally and apply for food stamps. In both cases you will find yourselves getting free food ....in prison.

Immigration is economically beneficial in USA because they don’t have any welfare to give the immigrants. In US it is "sink or swim" and zero welfare. In Europe immigrants represents a cost for the government so the politicians try to do something with it.

In US with zero welfare, immigration is not a problem.
