He then shows a graph for the hurricane activity for the first half of 2018, and states that proves that we are in an all time low for accumulated storm energy. Hurricane activity varies a great deal from year to year, and one should take at least a 20 year period to assess whether that activity is increasing. And, by NOAA's measures, it is. The future projection part of the graph was a model, but the past record part of the graph wasn't, and it showed Billy was lying outright about storm energy being low. Storm energy is at historically high levels. That's not debatable by any honest person. Thus, you'll probably try to debate it.
