The percentage of US HCN stations to reach 90 degrees was the smallest on record this year, with four of the five coolest years occurring above 350 PPM CO2. The most widespread heat occurred in 1931, when more than 98% of stations were over 90 degrees.

It has nothing to do with warming, it is a graph without any numerical referance, that shows a curve related to photosynthesis and CO2 concentration. Not only that, you have not posted a link to the source of the graph, given your past history posting here, you probably pulled it out of your ass.
