2010: The Rise of Republican Women

Meg Whitman, Carly Fiorina, and Sharron Angle all won their primary races last night and are going to make strong runs at their respective positions.

Add in Sarah Palin and Michelle Bachman and we have a very impressive of smart, savvy, female politicians on the roster and not one of them rode on their husbands coattail to get where they are

Republicans: They're not just rich, white, male Country Club people anymore.

"Despite some remarkable debate performances, Bachmann was tagged in a Des Moines register poll as the least knowledgeable in the field....."

This is the problem with Republicans. They see someone like Carly Fiorina as a "good businesswomen" because she ended up with 21 million dollars. Never-mind that she fired 18,000 workers. After all, they were only "middle class" or as Republicans like to call them "the little people", hardly worth notice.
.

She sounds good at firing workers.

We want smaller government.

What about this confuses you?

You only want smaller government until you need something or you start a new war somewhere.
Try the Constitution, dipshit.

And that's the problem with democrats: they think that business exists so the worker can get a paycheck, never mind if they are producing or not. Newsflash, businesses need to hire and fire based on profits. They could go with your model and simply hire everyone but when there were no jobs at all because everyone went out of business what are we going to do then...
Never-mind that she moved thousands more jobs overseas.
Nevermind that the reason she did so was because this countries asinine lawmakers have created a HOSTILE enviroment for buisness and ENCOURAGES jobs to be pushed overseas. And you want the government to have far grater control. Well guess what, that means MORE outsourcing, not less.
Never-mind that the 21 million was a "buyout" just so they could get rid of her.

Never-mind that HP stock went up 7% the day she was canned.
No, not never mind. These are good points as to why she should net get votes. I can think of much better ones for most of her competition though so we are going to need more than that.
