wtf???

I voted for Obama a few hours ago and at that time there was one vote for McCain. What happened to it? hmmmmm? :eusa_think:

There is so many obama hate threads, but 1 mccain vote? Maybe the mccain ppl aren't on the boards today.

Hating Obama is not synonymous with liking McCain.

As for the presidential, I'm sitting it out. If my state's ballot allows a write-in this election, I'll probably put Paul.

If someone goes to the point of hating on another man, then I think they should only follow through with their hate and try to keep Obama from success. Mccain is the only actual option.

And I'm sure there are many that will. I don't HATE Obama, but I'm certainly not going to enjoy his presidency. I'm also not going to vote for McCain just to keep Obama out.

Ideologically, I'd go for Barr

I'm not a Barr fan, but like your thinking. I never would have thought that based on things you've said since you've been here.

Although, I diagree with the part about election day. The mere fact that enough people think voting for someone else besides the less then desirable show horses is pointless, is why those less than desirables continue to run policy.

How about just voting out most of Congress and starting fresh? It's not like they've had our best interest at heart anytime in recent memory. Fuck em. Why do we keep picking the ones we know aren't the best we could have had?

The perpetuated notion that a vote cast for a third party candidate is a vote wasted, is as vile and despicable as anything that has ever been spoonfed to the ignorant masses. It's the easiest of all self-fulfilling prophesies to effect. Just get people to buy into the idea, and that alone insures that it will always be.

Democrats and Republicans, the "Coke and Pepsi of the American political landscape!" "Hey, we don't care which one you buy, just so long as it's one of these two."
