Trump isn't violating the constitution. The Democrats are just lying. But everything they say is a lie.

I think there's 3. There's this one, one filed by state of Maryland and Washingon DC, and one by Trump business competitors. It would be just about impossible for Trump to separate himself from his business because the Trump name is his business today. Making matters worse, he doesn't know what he's doing and apparently doesn't have or isn't listening to legal advice.
