Most in small outfits that pay $3.25 an hour, most probably never filed an income tax return, and never, ever offered health insurance to their employees.

Seems the 8 million unskilled workers whose jobs Bush and Republicans killed, don't have a lot of choice tho ....

Until now, and you know why? They have thousands of employees and will get stuck with fines if/when this goes into effect. Remember? Those companies at 50 or below employees are exempt from having to provide it...WALMART is a prime target of Statists.
