As far as I can see you are speculating with no evidence here. Maybe you are right, but what are you basing it on? Are you saying the man did not break the court rules about reporting, or are you saying there's some reason he should not be held in contempt for breaking those rules?

These trials took place under a reporting ban until the jury came back. There were three trials and the judge did not want the outcome and evidence from the first influencing the other two trials.
Everybody is entitled to a fair trial.
Yaxley Lennon knew this and yet still tried to wrexk the trials. The defence lawyers in the second and third trials applied to have the cases thrown out on account of Yaxley Lennon had ruined their clients chances of a fair trial.

The little shit has just sacked his well funded lawyers and expects to be sent down on he retrial for contempt. He picks up more cash from donations when he is inside.
