Illegal aliens charged with oceanfront abduction, rape

Virgina Beach - On Sept. 11, two illegal aliens abducted a woman walking to her car. The at knife point, they forced the woman into their car and drove to a place where they raped her. Then they drove to a 7/11 and the woman escaped and called the cops.

Carlos Hernandes, 24 and his cohert Santiago Hernandes, 22 were already wanted for kidnapping and rape. They're charged with conspiracy to commit abduction, conspiracy to commit rape, abduction with intent to defile and rape and burglary.

The two are held without bond in Virginia Beach. ICE, Immigration and Customs Enforcement have a hold on the two.
