19 of 21 legal experts say healthcare should stand

Right wingers will not respect law professors, this thread is a waste of time.

Yes but it pretty interesting they believe it SHOULD stand on legal precidence but believe the scotus will strike it.

That is very telling
Telling? Of their liberal view of the law.
Look genius, these attorney's opinions carry no more weight than any other attorney or legal scholar.

So people that study and teach the Constitution see precedent in the mandate, but because of the HIGHLY partisan SCOTUS, they don't think it will pass.

Pretty sad...

It's pretty sad that a hack like you, after hearing the oral arguments and the spanking that even the liberal-leaning partisan SCOTUS members gave the 0bama admin lawyer, still think the mandate has precedence....

Sad indeed....

Approval Rating for Justices Hits Just 44% in New Poll

By ADAM LIPTAK and ALLISON KOPICKI

Published: June 7, 2012 1080 Comments

WASHINGTON — Just 44 percent of Americans approve of the job the Supreme Court is doing and three-quarters say the justices’ decisions are sometimes influenced by their personal or political views, according to a poll conducted by The New York Times and CBS News.

Posting polls where less than 1000 people queried is NOT 44 pct of anything but those 1000 or fewer people. The humor of it all it is that even an unscientific poll conducted by a news agency with a documented liberal boas could not produce the results it wanted. That is a majority of those polled. FAIL.
Stop posting these dopey polls. They make you look dopey.

Obama Health Law Seen Valid, Scholars Expect Rejection - Bloomberg

The U.S. Supreme Court should uphold a law requiring most Americans to have health insurance if the justices follow legal precedent, according to 19 of 21 constitutional law professors who ventured an opinion on the most-anticipated ruling in years.

Only eight of them predicted the court would do so.

Well, well..........we're real impressed with their opinions.

But tomorrow..........it wont matter for

D I C K

And get ready people........right after that the media will be saying "Obamacare went down thanks to 4 whites and an Uncle Tom!!"

But I'll still be laughing

when scotus tells the American people they are on their own again in healthcare the American people are going to hate the scotus.

WAKE UP....We SHOULD be on our own. We should be free to make our own health insurance decisions. Our own decisions on which doctors to see, which hospital to birth our children, which type of coverage we want to buy free of government mandates.
Those who cannot afford coverage have options such as medicare or medicaid. They have free clinics, social services and Planned Parenthood.
Obama care is nothing but a gigantic money grab. It's a path to socialized medicine which has been proved to be an abject failure.

First they GIVE Bush the election in 2000.

and now they deside everything in a neo con manner.

They didn't give Bush shit! They stopped the stupid fuckin' recounts by Al Gore. Al would have recounted into the next century to win.

You are a stupid fuck!

Guess you have a real good answer as to why Scalia said the decision should never be used as a precedent.

GO!

I don't know. The Brocolli argument is mighty "con"-vincing.

Ayup..

When the "revered" judges of the SCOTUS start parrotting a right wing talking point started by Senator Tom Coburn and funneled straight to FOX..

There's something rotten in Denmark.

19 say SCOTUS SHOULD
8 think SCOTUS WILL

11 must know that they have their own heads up their own asses.

Liberal scholars think they are more correct than SCOTUS can be.

Imagine that!

as opposed to the pretend constitutionalists on this board?

just wondering
