19 of 21 legal experts say healthcare should stand

Doesn't really matter what the "experts" say.

Its what the SC says that counts.

Well they also said that Obama is supposed to be some sort of Constitutional scholar.
They also hand out Nobel prizes to anyone these days so it seems..
Well we are down to it here and will have to wait a bit more.

I'm sure if one was to dig around a bit we could find 19 of 21 that would offer that Obamacare
will be deemed unconstitutional...

So speculation is just something to keep us all busy I guess.

Obama Health Law Seen Valid, Scholars Expect Rejection - Bloomberg

The U.S. Supreme Court should uphold a law requiring most Americans to have health insurance if the justices follow legal precedent, according to 19 of 21 constitutional law professors who ventured an opinion on the most-anticipated ruling in years.

Only eight of them predicted the court would do so.

learn to read your sources, dipshit...

Five of the 21 professors who responded, including Whitman, said the court is likely to strike down the coverage requirement. Underscoring the high stakes and complexity of the debate, eight described the outcome as a toss-up.

19 say SCOTUS SHOULD
8 think SCOTUS WILL

11 must know that they have their own heads up their own asses.

Liberal scholars think they are more correct than SCOTUS can be.

Imagine that!

Some of them probably are. Maybe not on this, but in general. Heck any educated citizen could be more correct than the Supreme Court. They are just 9 men who were appointed by the President. They arne't gods. They aren't infalliable.

TM. At no point in the 2000 election did Al Gore have more votes in Florida than George Bush. The media even recounted the way Al Gore wanted it and Bush ended up with MORE votes not less.

Im sorry if you dont like the Constitution, but it is our National Covenant and the law of the land.
