19 Minutes...That’s When the Leftist Attack on the Constitution Began

Though Gore came in second in the electoral vote, he received 547,398 more popular votes than Bush, making him the first person since Grover Cleveland in 1888 to win the popular vote but lose in the Electoral College.

These people are disgusting. You lost. The people have spoken through the Constitution of the United States of America. Now you want to overthrow the government? Go ahead. Blood will spill in this country if you communists think you can win a victory the Soviets couldn’t between 1945-1991.
Just to be accurate: The people spoke but the Electoral College negated their choice.
Trump won 30 states you fucking piece of shit. All of you are worthy of a traitors death you fucking worthless god damn sock puppet.

You are all fucking losers and I hope I get to see the day the fucking worm turns on you fucking losers.
Spoken like a true patriot.

Nobody ever heard of that pesky "electoral college" thing until evil Trump sneaked it in there! :)
'Nobody' meaning you?

The world would be a different place.

There is no such thing as the popular vote, it does not exist. Since there was never a popular vote election that had a popular vote campaign strategy with popular vote campaign stops and ads, you can tally up the total vote if you like but its meaningless. Nobody will ever know what the outcome of a popular vote in 2016 would have been IF there had been a popular vote election. Suggesting the 'popular vote' has any meaning is completely dishonest.

Never mind Trump won 1 million more votes than Hillary in 49 of 50 states. It was only California that Hillary won 4 million more votes than Trump.
How is the Electoral College select d? Does it have anything to do with the popular vote?

What popular vote, link??

No President is above the law
What does that have to do with President Trump?
When Trump violates his oath to support and defend the constitution, when he breaks the law, he must be held to account.

Trump beat Hillary by 1 million votes in 49 of the 50 states. It was only in California that Hillary got 4 million votes more than Trump. It was pretty clear the people in the other 49 states chose Trump. Tissue?
Thanks, I need that tissue, I've been crying for over two years.

Actually all of America spoke, not just a few big cities. You're proof our education system is failing us.

Yes the education system is the major problem.

The education system is carrying out the idea and goals that were started at the Frankfurt School in Europe in the 1920s.

This is and how long (it has been under attack since it's inception) the political correctness strategy has been going on.

We will always need to fight to keep it. If we are unwilling we will lose it. It's already lost since the democrats get away with all of their treason.

We allow it. All we do is complain.

The people speak through the states. Your electors are based upon the number of members your state has to the House of Representatives + you’re 2 Senators. The House is based on population as per the 10 year census. We are a transcontinental nation of various peoples, cultures and values. Why we don’t have an election by popular vote...but by the people of the states.

You need to work on your anger issues, you'll live longer.
The American States through their people as per the Constitution. Why don’t you bone up on the basic political principles of “federalism.”
I understand it, I just don't always like it. Just like Bush v Gore

The popular vote tally in each state determines who the state electors are to vote for.

And? The EC was designed to ensure ALL the states got a voice in presidential elections not just a handful of high populous states. I realize this drives Dem's bat shit crazy since they long for a Stalin like iron fist rule.

How is it determined how each state's electors are to vote in the Electoral College?

Okay watch me utterly destroy the left's faux concern over the popular vote and will of the people. Countless times in Blue states when the 'popular vote' resulted in an election result they didn't like what did these champions of the popular vote do? Yes they ran to the courts to overturn the result of the election and will of the people, shocker. They are total phonies with no cred on this issue.

That is what you did to Obama...who was it that vowed to make him a one term president?

And don’t forget, Bill Clinton.

Each state's slate of electors votes in the Electoral College based on the tally of the popular votes cast in their states. Win the popular vote in Ohio, the Ohio delegates to the Electoral College votes for the candidate who won the most votes by Ohioans.

True enough but that system was created when the population of the US was mainly agricultural and rural. It no longer is.

What would you say if Antifa bought a ranch in Wyoming and moved all their supporters there. How many would they have to move to seize control of the state and it's senators?
