I had to laugh at that one too, IRosie. With all the hospitals and other buildings bombed, resulting in the deaths plus wounded civilians, nobody with common sense is going to believe what Russia says. Just the other day I was reading about people being bombed while they were in a marketplace. Imagine going shopping for your groceries and bombs started to rain down on you.
