NASCAR driver Kyle Busch said he got "carried away" driving a Lexus sports car when he was stopped in N.C. for driving 128 in a 45 mph zone. Court appearance slated for sometime in July.

Let's see if he can bully the judge. My guess is that he might spend a couple of months picking up trash along the road.

Probably so. But ya never know he is a celebrity of sorts and is famous so he will get off with a slap on the wrist...Hell I remember getting pulled over for 80 in a 55 and license was suspended for a year had to take defensive driving class and retake driving test to get license back.
