Who will win those 11 (or 12) states needed to become President?
Seems like you could campign in just those states, win 51% of the vote in those states (even if your oponent wins 49% of the vote in those states) and LOSE all the other states... and still become President.
Maybe we'll see voting 'irregularities' in a few of these key states?
Or does that not affect the electoral college?
