First, the GOP doesn't demand the mistreatment of anyone. Individuals in either party may, but it's not a GOP party thing. Also, guns are used to defend ourselves and our families, and limiting them would only make us easier targets for criminals, since they don't follow the law to start with. Laws are broken many times a day, and enacting another wouldn't stop them.

You're right about the war on drugs. It's silly. They should be legalized and taxed. Laws aren't stopping people from doing drugs, and throwing money into a hole to ensure the government can dictate how you live is a waste.

Actually, we're pointing out that Socialism fails based on the key components and their effects on society, as well as the number of countries that failed due to it.

How many people do you think would buy poisonous food? I imagine that business would fail pretty quick... and the former consumers, if still alive(They lose business either way) would go to their competitors that aren't selling poisonous food. Capitalism regulates itself without the government's help, because they have to appease their employees and consumers in order to keep them and stay successful.The government is only needed to break up the rare monopoly when it occurs.
