10 Planks of the Communist Manifesto: Look Familiar?

Some of those look legit some look silly.

Kinda made your post re: attacking policy look silly, and, of course, wrong, huh?

Not really, since you didn't attack his policy in this thread, and a lot of your list is gaffs not "policy failures". But whatever makes you happy dear.

Oh...and if you'd like to see the one where I prove he created zero jobs....just say the word.

I believe I saw a thread titled that, but it smelled like bullshit from 15 feet away so I didn't bother clicking.

I think it's time for all of us to stop reply to AmyNation. Not one honest or real answer to anything anyone asked her. Not one fact posted by her. Not one fact to back up anything she has said. Everything is bullsht to her but she can't tell you why.

Meaning that you were afraid to read it?

I'd say that's a pretty good policy for one whose desire is to resist any learning.

Im not into trashy "I'm having bigfoots baby" type news. *shurg* but that doesn't mean you don't have the right to enjoy it.... This is America after all:)

Definition of Nazi - Oxford Dictionaries (British & World English)

Definition of Nazi
noun (plural Nazis)
historical
a member of the National Socialist German Workers' Party.
derogatory a person with extreme racist or authoritarian views.
a person who seeks to impose their views on others in a very autocratic or inflexible way:
I learned to be more open and not such a Nazi in the studio
The Nazi Party was formed in Munich after the First World War. It advocated right-wing authoritarian nationalist government, and developed a racist ideology based on anti-Semitism and a belief in the superiority of ‘Aryan’ Germans. Its leader, Adolf Hitler, who was elected Chancellor in 1933, established a totalitarian dictatorship and precipitated the Second World War. The Nazi Party collapsed at the end of the War and was outlawed

It's difficult to label the Nazis right-wing when they were an FDR fav until the atrocities were discovered.

You're not ready to call FDR right-wing, are you?

Try this for more accuracy:

Liberals claim the center by placing socialism on the left and national socialism on the right, even though Lenin/Stalin and Hitler/other Nazis had much in common as they centralized power and preached hatred. A more accurate spectrum would place totalitarians of many stripes on the left and defenders of religious, political, and economic freedom on the right.

Too add to it.

1. Abolition of property in land and application of all rents of land to public purposes. (No Private Property)

- Property tax has already made us all renters.

2. A heavy progressive or graduated income tax. (We already have that)
3. Abolition of all right of inheritance. (Inheritance Tax)
4. Confiscation of the property of all emigrants and rebels. (Leave the Country, leave your money.)
5. Centralization of credit in the hands of the State, by means of a national bank with State capital and an exclusive monopoly. (Federal Reserve)
6. Centralization of the means of communication and transport in the hands of the State. (FCC and DOT)

- So called "campaign finance" which regulates political speech and the Fairness Doctrine being more good examples.

7. Extension of factories and instruments of production owned by the State; the bringing into cultivation of waste-lands, and the improvement of the soil generally in accordance with a common plan. (Central Planning and Land Confiscation under the guise of "Saving the Earth")

- We're also undergoing nationalization of health care, energy, financial services and endless regulation of the rest. And don't forget TARP, which is the government selects the winners program.

8. Equal liability of all to labour. Establishment of industrial armies, especially for agriculture. (Military Industrial Complex)
9. Combination of agriculture with manufacturing industries; gradual abolition of the distinction between town and country, by a more equitable distribution of the population over the country. (Big AgraBusiness with Gov't Subsidies)

- The elimination of federalism and treatment of taxes and welfare according to a national plan as well.

10. Free education for all children in public schools. Abolition of children's factory labour in its present form and combination of education with industrial production. (Gov't schools train Workers not Thinkers)

If someone were to say that the Communists have already taken over, I'd have to agree! :(

Me too, and with education, it's exactly why vouchers are so heavily opposed.

Well if you cant back up your position, I mean even dumbasses like Lakhota try, and then whine when the source is not by a communist....but he does try....;)

All you've said is that communism is a triangle with four corners. Communism is antithetical to itself. It's a mass of contradictions. It has never been implemented because it can't be implemented.

The problem here is some see a central government and incorrectly say "communism" when a central government is actually antithetical to Marxist communism, the libertarian vision of local non-centralized authority is closest to communism in American political thought. The OP is displaying a profound lack of insight and thought on a subject that is not simple at all, There are many schools of thought in communism that run the gamut from Utopian libertarian pipe dreams to totalitarian nightmare, to just label things as communism is intellectually lazy and only serves to cloud practical issues with silly ideological BS.

These are pretty flimsy excuses,...but, one works with what one has.

So...as much as you're resisting....let's see if these are 'trashy' sources:

1. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, there are fewer people employed now than back in January 2009 when Barack Obama was sworn in as President, and there are more people unemployed now than in January 2009.
Back then, a reported 142 million people had jobs. In July 2011, 139.2 million people had jobs.

In terms of employment, the private sector is smaller now than when Obama was sworn in. In January 2009, 110.9 million people were working in the (nonfarm) private sector, but by July 2011 there were only 109.9 million - despite the larger U.S. population in 2011.
RealClearMarkets - More Unemployed Presently, Than In 2009

2. Here's another 'trashy' source, the Bureau of Labor Statistics....

Employed, June 2012 142 million
Employment Situation Summary Table A. Household data, seasonally adjusted

3. This 'trashy' too?

In an article on the June employment report the NYT told readers that the economy needs 150,000 jobs per month to keep pace with the growth in the population. Actually, the Congressional Budget Office projects that the underlying rate of labor force growth is now just 0.7 percent annually. This comes to roughly 1,050,000 a year or just under 90,000 a month.

What a loser this President is, huh?

Had enough?

Try to remember: only open your mouth to change feet.

Looks nothing like our country...

Which country were you referring to?
