It’s clearly easier for Trump to start an unnecessary, illegal war with Iran.

Trump isn't interested in Venezuela because they don't have nukes, no missile launches, and no reactors running enriching uranium.
Trump could always fly down there and toss out some paper towels, like he did in PR.
