1 MEELLION Signatures!!!!

Free market competition for available jobs should be the practice with government sector jobs.
Why do unions oppose that?
Why do they oppose opening up those jobs to the most qualified person for the job?
Why do they INSIST that ONLY a union member that already works there get the job first, even if they are not the most qualified?

By that I'm sure you mean...the person that will do the job for the least amount of money.

No, where did I state that?
I mean what I post. A job comes open with a job description AND a salary posted.
Everyone gets a shot at it.
Not the way government unions work. Socialism never works that way.
Union shops are not free market. Unions hate productivity and strive to support and promote the rights of their weakest link.
Explain how that helps anyone.

Walker stays on the job all the time unless someone else is elected.
Petitions are not evidence of anything.

Good luck with that guys. Hope you enjoy those higher taxes if this guy gets booted out. You only have to look at the neighboring state of Illinois to see where Unions send governments.

Take a look at the worst states, then look into where Unions are the most concentrated.

Anybody else see the correlation between financial crisis and Unions??

Yea, let's get that guy that is saving taxpayers money out of there.............he's ruining the state!!

NO Federal govermment job can be bidded out to someone that is not already a government worker unless NO government worker applies for that job.
By union contract.

Oddly enough, in the company I work for, we do the same thing. A job comes open, and those working for the company have first bid if they are qualified. And we are non-union.
Seems it's standard procedure to give your CURRENT employees preference for any and all available and/or future jobs.

I dunno what the RW nutjobs are wailing about on this one.

*shrugs*

Not if they have a D after their name, they won't.

I tell you Scott Walker is sending the state to ruins...............he's even balancing the budget and cutting homeowners taxes...........run him out on a RAIL!! The nerve of that stoopid man.

Take a look at the growth and nongrowth of each state over the last 10 years.
Union states are at the bottom.
What company wants to go to a union shop state and start a business?
NO BRAINER.

Stick to your guns...only a million people in your state think you are an idiot! Popularity is over rated.

So when 1 out of every 5.5 People think you should go, you should just go? Wisconsin has 5.5 Million People.

Only 2.1 million of them vote.

Its a pretty good sign you're about to get your ass beat when the number of people who signed the petition is close to half the number of people voting.

Compare that to the California recall of 03, when the number of signatures was less than 20% of the number of people voting.

Could be, but that still leaves 10% more people who have not signed that did vote last time. We will have to wait and see. Like I said so far it's been one sided. with Unions spending Millions in the Signature Drive. Now it will go to an election in only 4 month. Both sides will spend money, and the Democrats do not even have a candidate yet. Not going to be a cake walk IMO.

There is one thing nobody can dispute. Walker did take a massive Deficit and turn it into a Surplus. If it cost him his job, oh well, at least for a short time one state had it's house in order.

I hope, for the sake of the people of Wisconsin, this recall goes down in flames. However, knowing the union mentality that stalks the dark corners of that state, I can't be certain they'll even think about what they are really doing to themselves.

I don't know if anyone posted this already, I've been away for at least a week.

However, Scotty Walker's A$$ is grass!!

Wisconsin recall petition gets over 1 million signatures; Democratic challenger Falk steps forward - The Washington Post

I know that Scotty and many or even most on the RW didn't expect such a LOUD denouncement of his radical hard-RW policies.

There is sure to be a re-election now, and none of their Big Corporate money could stop the juggernaut of the Will of the People!!

YES!!!!

:clap2:
Are they all signatures of Wisconsin citizens? Because, you know, butthurt leftists in, say, Atlanta need to mind their own fucking business.

Then why don't those 2 guys whose dick you smoke on the koch(kock) brothers keep their fucking noses out of WI politics and the rest of your money grabbing friends?
Different story?

Only two other Governors have been recalled and lost.
Frazier of ND and Davis of Califorinia.
The signatures of those who petitioned to recall Frazier.Something like 23%
For Davis it was somewhere in the neigborhood of 37%.
For walker it is near 50% .
The previous two governors were ousted.
:eusa_shhh:

What does that have to do with the price of tea in China as you state?
I doubt that it is guaranteed that an employee is automatically hired where you work just because they work for your company.
So no one is hired outside your company and it is a REQUIREMENT by contract that someone HAS TO BE hired from within if they apply?
That is what we are talking about here. And every time someone whether they are qualified or not is promoted in government, even in the technical jobs where they have little or no experience.
Why do you think Medicare system is still run as a paper system?
Come on man, no way. No company does that. Allows employees to mandate and dictate who gets hired?
Sure, right.

Don't you just love unions?
They extort 6 million of extra union dues out of the teachers in New Jersey to fund an anti Christie ads on TV. Object to that as a teacher? Do so and watch your car windows get smashed and your house vandalized. Great to see the support here for union intimidation and theft of union dues.
Today there are MORE government union employees than private sector union members.
Used to be the support of union members was for the hard working blue collar workers. But no sir. Over the last few decades the left wing liberal elite stabbed them in the back in their support of the white collar desk jockeys filling the massive bureaucracies of big government.
It used to be the LIBERAL courts held that collective bargaining by government employees should be forbidden as a matter of case law: governments have sovereign immunity and allowing it is an unconstitutional delegation of government powers.
But all of that is far over the heads of most here. All they understand is a stamped ticket cradle to grave security blanket with guaranteed wage, guaranteed job, luxury benefit packages and a fat retirement plan all paid for by the taxpayers.
Americans have become fat and lazy. Taxpayers are getting hosed as a result of it.

Almost as much as Im looking forward to rolling out some Photobucket Classics on election night for the presidential race, I cant wait for this election to happen in Wisconsin. I'll be firing up some epic illustrations of misery that night.

The k00ks are thrilled by these 1 million signatures.........but ask yourself this..............

How many times do assholes come up to you for a cause and ask you to sign some stupid-ass petition and under pressure you just sign the thing???:2up: And thinkof how they got these million signatures. Think about Joe Blow.........union asshole bowls on Wednesday nights with Bill White...........needs a signature. Of course White is going to sign the thing:funnyface:..........but Joe Blow has no fcukiing idea what White is going to do in the privacy of the voting booth. How many of those signatures were obtained from people who deep down think the union assholes who dont pay shit for shit for benefits are...........assholes!!! A majority of people in Wisconsin cant stand the greediness of these union assholes

This governor is kicking ass..........and everybody knows it. The only place you see anti-Walker people all giddy is on MSNBC and those 4 k00ks who host those barely watched news shows.......and nether regions of the internet like this site.

Anyway..........just remember the old saying, "He who laughs last..............":fu::boobies:

Union cronies are just.............well, for lack of better words BIG DUMMIES, yea, that's it BIG DUMMIES.

Ya... what he said.. Wow! Could you neo cons at least TRY to come up with come backs that are not so obviously STUPID!!!!
Someone who calls everyone he disagrees with "neocons" shouldn't be lecturing others on stupidity.

Ya that's what I do...call all "new" republicans "neo cons" ...because that's what "neo cons" means. Oh ya...I call stupid people stupid...cuz cus that's what they are.
Don't be so hard on yourself.
So I take it you disagree with the idea that the entire population of Wisconsin did not vote...thereby making the OP rediculous and yes...stupid.
I never made any claim about the vote. And the OP can't help but be ridiculous and stupid because of who wrote it.

Says the guy in Kentucky who just spent over a week whining about a three year old Senate election in Minnesota....

Must be different. Somehow, it just is.

Amidoingitrite?
Oh, yeah, you're one of the "Fuck democracy!" crowd. Thanks for confirming.

So, do you think butthurt leftists in Atlanta should have a say in the WI recall?
