Most of Western Europe is in an ethnic death spiral. They have promised generous and early pensions to millions, based on projections of an ever-increasing workforce to pay for it. But they are not reproducing fast emough. Thus their leaders are forced to accept an insane level of immigraton from cultures that are antithetical to their own. No one is happy about this, but imagine the outcry if they announced reduced pensions.

It is ugly. The Germans are at least making a concerted effort to take the misfits and turn them into "Germans."
