This is the first swing someone takes at defending this? I've noticed several Republicans have already read this thread and probably ran away with their heads covered with bags along with the Palin stickers thrown in the trash.
Dan Quayle was also picked as a VP candidate, so being picked for Vice President doesn't make you intelligent automatically by any means necessary.
Sarah Palin shows once again what little she knows about the Government she wants to run.
