I assume she is referring to one of those two departments (I hope she isn't that stupid). However, neither department does what she was saying. So she's wrong on both counts.

Another thing, Palin hasn't said diddly about running for PRESIDENT. That speculation only comes from the lame assholes in the MSM that have spent the last 10 months destroying the woman and her children.

If she is so gosh darn dumb, why do you care about her so much? If she is that dumb, she will drop away like the dumb brick you think she is, and no one will talk of her again.


My guess from the context is she is referring to an office common in most state governments that assists legislators and other state officials in drafting legislation and regulations correctly It also advises public officials on the legality of various things they plan on doing. So in the case of the white house, it would be the office of legal counsel. She essentially said, something will be sent down to the office that the public official wants to do and the legal office will have to advise the public official that they can't do that.

Every public official has his "Will no one rid me of that turbulent priest" moments. There is an office that makes sure that it doesn't come back to haunt him by preventing the knights of mean intelligence actually acting on the stupid idea.
