Rep Power: 14 | | | I passed where McCain and Palin were today I drove by the Convention Center here as the crowd was leaving McCain and Palin's speech. The first thing I noticed was that the crowd was 100% white. The second thing I noticed was their demeanor. They were walking very slow with their heads down, not talking to one another, and I thought, this reminds me of something.....
Then it hit me.....they looked like Confederate soldiers returning from Gettysburg! |

Rep Power: 65 | | | I've seen Obama speaking to 100 percent black audiences before. What's the problem?

No you're right it's like 95% black and 5% white, but the camera only film the white people to show how diverse it really is.

This would go along with my theory that the GOP accuses the Democrats of doing things that they themselves do, as a defense. Sort of like Projecting. They say we are big spenders, weak on terrorism, terrible at running government, spreading hate speech, socialists, Godless, etc. And it turns out they are all of the above themselves. So they accuse you of being what they are so that makes you even. They even accuse the Dems of causing the financial crisis we are in, when we were telling them it was coming and they ignored our warnings for years.
But what's funny is they don't condemn this hate speech:
John McCain supporter Gayle Quinnell told the crowd at a McCain Rally in Minnesota that "Obama is an Arab." McCain took away the microphone but failed to address Quinnell's unabashed bigotry or the incidents of anti-Arab, anti-Muslim and anti-African American bigotry that has become an increasingly regular feature of GOP rallies as the election draws near. "No ma'am," he says. "[Obama's] a decent family man, citizen, that I just happen to have disagreements with on fundamental issues." The Uptake: McCain Responds to "Arab" Epithet at Rally: "Obama a Decent Family Man"

If not, what other reason could you be voting for McCain/Palin? After the GOP doubled the debt, launched bullshit wars, ruined our standing in the world, crashed the economy, etc.
They are even socialists. Did you see this?
Between 2000 and 2005, procurement spending increased by over $175 billion dollars, making federal contracts the fastest growing component of federal discretionary spending.
This growth in federal procurement has enriched private contractors. But it has also come at a steep cost for federal taxpayers. Overcharging has been frequent, and billions of dollars of taxpayer money have been squandered. You believed everything Bush said and he lied/you were wrong. Trust me on this one, you are wrong again. Vote for Obama or you are a racist, dumb, or really really rich. |

Rep Power: 9 | | | lol, yup we are racist.
It's racist when the white person wants to vote for the party that doesn't promote socialism, but it's not racist when 95% of black voters are all going for barack.
I LOVE DOUBE STANDARDS PLEASE GIVE ME MORE

Rep Power: 13 | | | Could you imagine how bad Bush's economy actually was if he didn't count these jobs/numbers???

I'd rather have the auto industry thriving than the defense industry. Why? Because PEOPLE buy cars. I don't want TAXPAYERS MONEY fueling the economy like it has under Bushanomics.
I don't mind half the spending on Defense. But when half of it is fraud/waste? And I don't hear any conservatives complaining? Then I know they are just full of shit. And now that Bush is leaving office, they try to distance themselves from the guy? Too late hypocrites. I complained about his spending for 6 years and none of you cared then so don't pretend to now. | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
