When he got on stage at the "townhall debate" he never had the balls to attack Barack personally face to face. He wondered around the state like a little lost man when he wasn't talking.

He has not been able to lift his arms over his head since he returned from Hanoi. He has always walked with a limp. His age is part of it, combined with injuries that don't fully heal.
