Imagine what would happen if Christians forced Muslims to prey in a christian way.

If the story turns out to be accurate, which I suspect it is, then the teacher clearly handled the situation the wrong way and should be punished accordingly though I wouldn't fire them unless there were other incidents.

This parent's comments pretty much mimic what I first thought:

Obviously, if the version we are getting is correct, then the parents and students have a valid complaint.

It's entirely possible that they are either exaggerating or leaving something out.

It wouldn't surprise me one bit.

Muslims never do anything wrong. after all they are all part of the world's most peaceful religion. They are just the poor victims of persecution and prejudice by the entire western world so you know that everyone who says anything negative about a Muslim is just a filthy liar and should be stoned or beheaded.
