Actually, Africa really is the continent to look to. India and China are about to explode and that pressure has to be taken off somewhere. Conveniently Africa is about to undergo a population decrease. So with the coming rush of Asiatic and Oriental colonist, and the vast rare-earth mineral wealth of Africa; that continent will be center stage. The US Navy has been paying close attention there as well.

Don't think the Black Man will have any more affect on it than he did in the last few centuries though.


As for "Black Genes", any old mud may sully a linen cloth.
Of course they are primarily dominant, they are one of the closest to the original format of 'Homo sapiens idaltu'. Other races are selected mutations; extreme evolutionary pressure from the last ten millennium compared to the last fifty millennium.
