  • If real history was taught in schools, CRT would not be needed.

We need to focus every minute of class time on Reading, Writing, Math and Science. Our kids are 2 years behind thanks to Covid lockdowns. We do not need CRT designed to create anger and distrust in Black kids and guilt in White kids.

Children need to learn the truth about the history of this country.
Teach it in history class. That way it won’t interfere with any other classes.
Of course that won’t happen because of your feeelz.

It has nothing to do with my personal "feeelz". CRT is all about creating victimhood and division between white kids and black kids. It was created by Black Racist academics.
    Rule of Thumb-

The MORE someone works at attempting to BE something, the more they are trying to hide the fact that that is who THEY really are.

    Does that make sense?
I changed my avatar to Serenity Broughton, the latest innocent child murdered by thugs.

I was just noticing how cute she was. I'm sorry to hear any child being murdered by political racists who claim they are victims. The real victims who thought the polls would be the last place treason against the American people would be would take place. Thanks, Marathon Mike for standing up for a child who was murdered by drugged political thugs whoever they might be.

I have been accused of trying to "score political points" by making Serenity my avatar. Can you believe how twisted some people have become? The reason this keeps happening is no one wants to acknowledge the problem of drug/violence.

Watching vicious lies and frivolous use of Constitutional institutions since the assassination of Kennedy belies a lot of secrecy goes on in the political realm that everyday people never hear about. Best always to you for strength and diligence.
Hey can you give me a link of evidence to support that there are over 4000 people that witnessed voting fraud? Thanks

I heard Rudy Guiliani say that in an interview on Hannity tonite, sorry I haven't seen it on the internet. Prolly tomorrow tho!
You still running, Marathon Man? I had to quit fifteen years ago when my knees wore out. I didn't know it then but all my distance running gave me atrial fibrillation. Not good. Ten ks are plenty I tell ya.
I PR'ed at Long Beach, 1985, 3;06. Then I began breaking down from 100 mile weeks.

Dear Mike, the faster you are able to run, the easier it is. The median time for a marathon is around 4 hours. I've done slower than 4 hours when I didn't prepare adequately and it was KILLER!

I recall a fun 5 K once here in Irvine and everyone went out the blocks too fast. After one mile a large group of five or ten younger men were lagging and I was just rolling along. I delighted in singing out, "Somebody went OUT too fast!"
One of them replied, "We'll see you later!"
    "I don't THINK so!"

LOL yes showing up the young guns in a race is great fun. I remember running a half marathon and About halfway, I caught a very young guy and passed him. When I went by he did a double take and immediately sped up. I caught him again in a half mile and he sped up again. This repeated until mile 10 until I passed him and I quite clearly heard him say FUCK!!! as I left him in the rear view mirror.
Stay away from bond funds due to lowest rates ever= means it has only 1 direction which will tank the bonds values and chase people out of the funds causing extreme volatility due to lack of liquidity and portfolios being dumped.
Preferred funds are also at their peek.
Pimco, Western Assets, have steady stable exchange traded funds, as does Black Rock. Some Blackrock funds are stable and some are head scratchers to why they don't hold up.
Just heard the coronavirus is in Mesa thought I would let you know. I also heard someone say they went to home depot saw to Chinese students buying cases of masks. They are waiving inspection for them etc and sending them back to China LOL..

Yes I think that's the ASU student that recently traveled to China.

Oh sure that was big news! I haven't heard much about it since. The idea of it is cool but it could easily turn into a Big Brother nightmare.
3:06 at Long Beach. 1:30 first half split and 1:36 second, about as good as you can leave it all out there.
I was 38. Trying to go sub 3, I developed bone spurs and hurt so much that my lack of good sense finally occurred to me. I was running 80 miles a week. Way too much.

That's really fast! I know lots of marathon runners but only 3 that went sub 3 hours. Wow 80 miles a week, I rarely top 40. I think I want to do one more and try to win my age division. But I also golf and don't want to screw my self up so we'll see.
Two thoughts. One, my beloved wife started me walking with her years ago. Walking with your beloved is fantastic for several reasons not least of which it's exercise appropriate for older folks. Also she bought a stationary recumbent bike we put in the family room to use while watching Democrat Insanity on television.

My wife and I went on a short run yesterday and we do walks a couple times a week. Fully agree it's great to get out in the air and we seem to talk more during walks which is a good thing.
Marathon Mike, I must ask what is your marathon P.R. I did too many marathons and long training weeks and developed atrial fibrillation in addition to wearing out the cartilage in my knees. So cut back now while you're still young and healthy. Great Post I just winnered, by the way.

Thanks ChemE! I'm a software engineer retired. Pretty old but at 62 knees are still good for some reason. I started when I was 43 and my PR was 3:28 at Boston. I ran a 3:35 early this year but have a hip issue that is concerning so I've been doing shorter runs lately. Thanks for the input on marathon running I may be done, we'll see how this hip thing works out. -Mike
