We had a pretty typical Christmas morning with that family. After they left, I actually wound up at Hooters with a friend of mine (it was the only place open). lol
It turned out that he also had a pirated copy of "the Interview" - that Seth Rogan and James Franco Movie that just got kicked out of theaters, so we watched that.
The movie was pretty good, I thought. The premise started to wear a bit thin towards the end, IMO, but if you like Seth Rogan and James Franco's usual brand of humor, you should enjoy it.
Nope, just worked, went to my aunt's, had some dinner, did the gift thing, stopped at a few other friend and family member houses to wish them Merry X-Mas. Then I put in a couple of more hours of work a little while ago, and then ate again, and now here I am! Ta-da!!!!
I got a book (that was worth about $50), a novelty mug, some junk food, and candy.
To be fair though, I can use some of what my brothers got, and I also bought some of the gifts I got for my little brother as much for me as him to begin with.
Hah. No kidding. I got one of those $10 bags of flavor blasted Gold Fish (Things are like crack I tell ya!), a giant tin of caramel popcorn, and a bunch of candy.
I used to get a stocking from my grammy every year (not anymore because she's a little old to be having to shop so much). Anyway, one year she filled it with all kinds of body soaps and little shampoos and stuff. I was like, grammy, is this your polite way of telling me I smell or something? ROFL.
