  • now i will admit....my vet said its fine for dogs.. they will trive on it...not so fine for cats....so i am holding back on the cats
okay i realize i am crossing into the realm of nagging:

a friend of mine...her dog was taking the shots..they were talking blood serum work up for 500 bucks etc...i got her to try the pitcairns diet....she just emailed me that dottie is doing 100% better....come on......try this..what do you have to lose...nothing......stop being so 21 st century....

now is not the time to tell me you are using the diet .....are you? do you?
okay you need to get this book.....dr pitcairn's natural health for dogs & cats.....look nosmo i have gathered you are not the back to the woods type and that is okay but for fuck's sake your dog is suffering and vets arent helping....so its time to step into ms bonez pantry of herbs and other such things...this book is written by a vet.....there is simply too much info for me to type it all for your dog. but lets take her off dog food....its really not that good...the book lists the vitamins and oils she needs....mainly a and e...hit her with some cod liver oil...now there is recipe for a healthy powder to add to the food....get the stuff...dogs love it...its nutrional yeast, kelp, lechian granduals and bone meal....but take her off the dog food and cook for her...eggs are a complete protein.....lets start with eggs, cottage cheese, yogurt, brown rice or oats....if you dont want to cook one may use canned kidney beans...the book will give you the amounts to feed her daily...
iams is not a good dog food.....this is your pride and joy and its simply time for something else.....i have to visit mom today and my hands are swollen badly....so i need to get off the computer and soak them...fuck this getting old....lol...but when i get home i will look up yeast problems in this book and see what we can find out...i am feeding a lot of brown rice, fresh veggies well cooked in this beef stuff....kidney beans, cottage cheese and yogurt....and i have this healthy powder you put in their food...but if yeast if the problem its a diet problem...damn cow liver is gross but dogs love it....but you need to attack this with a change in diet.....nothing to lose at this point....
i still think its her diet.....you have nothing to lose....change her diet ...cook her food yourself.....it will make a world of difference
He took a swab of her ear and studied it through the microscope. It's yeast again, aggravated by her seasonal allergies. He gave her a shot of anti-histamine and I have re-started her ear treatment (Vetromax) twice daily. She has an ear wash from the Vet she'll get twice weekly. After all that he said "You owe me $100.28"
pick up a copy of dr pitcairns book of medicine for animals....has interesting take on dog's diets and skin conditions....its all about the food
I have to find the container first...I'm headed to the *city* tomorrow, and will pick one up. Which means Sunday is probably digging day.

I will get the sod up for him and let him do what he can...he's a pretty stout little guy, I'll give him gloves...any help will be appreciated because it will have to be a fairly substantial hole!
She has (in the past, at least) had shows about one's "real age". Things such as sun exposure and I can't remember what else factor prominently, I believe.

As to net worth - most anybody has me beat. ;)
Whatever it is - keep it up. Amusing and generally uplifting. A very good combination, IMO.
