    Yo Bern. Totally agre with you on that GW clause. I seriously doubt that the Founders put it in the Const. so the Govt could take money from one group and give it to another. OL'Tuba is really stuck on that one. Jeeze. I wonder what would happen if someone actually challenged the constitutionality of Iincome Taxes, Medicare, Medicaid, SS and any of the other Govt programs. Would be very interesting to watch. LOL
