Okey-dokey!
400 people, probably including the kids they dragged along. Impressive! When the left protests something important, like the iraq war or the WTO they put tens of thousands on the street.
Don't get to psyched annie. The rightwing is never into protesting in large numbers, unless its about abortion. the rightwing is too old, white, and conservative to take it to the streets |

I drive yet another bush-supporting wingnut into a unfathomable rage.
Note that wingnut boy can't refute my contention: Cons don't really protest about anything, except abortion and embryos. Mission accomplished. My work here is done. |

I've seen times of protests and times of calm. Watched your type froth at the mouth for years, now frothing that anyone disagrees.
Unless there are changes to this new package of sack the successful, change will come. It probably will not be what either of us have in mind. There are warnings already being sent to those who might challenge: The New Pamphleteers: Act Worthy Of Yourselves

Hundreds protest President Barack Obama's visit to Dobson High School on Wednesday.

Presidential protestors made their voices heard in chants and signs Wednesday outside Dobson High School.
Catholics pray for Obama at vigil
The protestors, about 500 to 600 strong and growing, began arriving as ticket-holders walked in.
Mesa police set up a protest area along Guadalupe Road.
They held their signs up high: "Don't tread on me," "Spend all you want, I'll pick up the tab," "I'll keep my freedom! You keep the change!" "Free fertility drugs now." And "B.O. smells and so does Socialism."
A Gilbert woman, with a sign that said, "Fund bikini wax now," said she is entitled to the beauty treatment.... 500-600? That's all you guys can muster?
Tens of millions of people have protested Bush in the past. |

Tens of millions of people have protested Bush in the past. Let's see...Obama's been in office a month. He got the $350b right off. The stimulus/porkulus 2 weeks later. Toxic waste bill last week. Have you checked Twitter for what's happening? As someone said, conservatives aren't really big on taking time to 'protest', but they are now. Change you can believe in!

LOL
I'm going to remember this post, and I'll be asking you in a few weeks where these "massive" protests were, with tens of thousands of bush supporting wingnuts marching in the streets.
You know what? It won't happen. But, I'm sure you'll pretend you forgot you ever made this prediction. | | |
