The best thing to do is to go to C-span and watch the ENTIRE exchange. I have a feeling that it ain't as simple as some would have you believe.

Hint.....when Napalitano is involved and the viewer gets the desire to reach for an oxygen tank.....it is probably not as bad as it seems.

Go back to the link, pay attention to the part where they ask the FBI guy if they can kill Americans on America soil and listen very carefully to his answer.

He didn't say they could, he just didn't say they couldn't either, that's the scary part.
