“A disproportionate share of crimes are committed by African Americans, and they are disproportionately likely to misbehave in school… [because] more than 7 out of 10 African Americans (72.5 percent) are born out of wedlock… versus fewer than 3 out of 10 whites,” he said in a statement to The Daily Caller. Although ” you won’t see it mentioned in the Executive Order… there is an obvious connection between these [marriage] numbers and how each group is doing educationally, economically, criminally,” he said.

Private school or homeschool. There is no reason why your child should have a disciplinary record at school just to satisfy these arbitrary rules.

Then public schools will be all black or black and hispanic and they can fight with one another.

Who knew that George Wallace would eventually be proven right. Segregation now. Segregation forever.

He's doing as much damage as he can. He knows he's toast.
He sees a problem that needs to be addressed, only in this instance he is going about it the wrong way. One problem that kids face in schools today is the zero tolerance policies, many of which are just outright stupid. Kid brings a laser pointer to school and is expelled for 180 days for bringing a weapon to school, and in many school districts, there is no way around the policy as it is set in stone. When it comes to truly bad behavior though, the chips must fall where they will, for everyone equally. This is definitely a bad idea that needs to be revisited by Obama.

I just can't believe how backwards we are going in this country. Who would have ever thought anyone would be talking about going back to segregation. So, this was his idea of HOPE and CHANGE? What kind of person is he?
WE are dealing with Statists with an enormous amount of guilt...and coming up with newer ways of staying in power by pandering to keep their plantation happy, right or wrong. Usually wrong.

He sees a problem that needs to be addressed, only in this instance he is going about it the wrong way. One problem that kids face in schools today is the zero tolerance policies, many of which are just outright stupid. Kid brings a laser pointer to school and is expelled for 180 days for bringing a weapon to school, and in many school districts, there is no way around the policy as it is set in stone. When it comes to truly bad behavior though, the chips must fall where they will, for everyone equally. This is definitely a bad idea that needs to be revisited by Obama.
You addressed this so calmly. I applaud you. I get so angry when I see people being treated with biases.

Zero tolerance policies are a huge problem.... its takes the thought out of discipline and the kids learn nothing from it.
