| I am a pretty avid fishermen. Walleyes mostly. Go up to Canada in June for really big ones. But lots of good walleye lakes here as well, mainly Winnie.
Mosquitos may be worse here. Little geography tid bit, to the SE of Rapids is the second largest swampland in the U.S. next to the everglades. Supposedly if you get lost in there you would most likely die of mosquito bites first.
True about water levels to. I have lived on small pond most of my life and it's probably down a good 2 feet from when I was little (26 now for reference).
