OK kids,, you like war?? Here comes the draft!!

For all you know it all whipper snappers who support our going to war, here is your chance to help a friend. Georgians need help in kicking the F'n Russians out of Georgia.. No, not in Atlanta,, but over there next to Commie Central.

We are tapped out of new recruits, so we are saving you the heart ache of volunteering. You're going. Shut up and deal with it!!

And, for all the women who think an SUV is just the answer for your insatiable need to HUNT down a Coach bag,, here is your chance to show why you should be given equal rights and equal pay. Us old bastards will baby sit, and teach social studies for you while your gone. Enjoy.

Mark my words. The draft is coming to an American Town near you. We gave away all of the jobs, and money we didn't need to people who hate us.. Now it is going to be a fairly long and drawn out thing, but I know you can get'er done!!

The question is, would it fly?

Not going to happen. For one thing Russia will have finished off Georgia LONG before anyone even thought to approve a draft.

Now what is frightening is the similarity of this with 1936,1938. Germany was condemned loudly for her actions as well BUT no one did anything so Germany got braver and Braver and ended up starting WW2.

Putin is going to do the same thing, We do nothing about Georgia and he is going to take more Countries till he pushed to far.

Looks like the French frightened them into backing off.

We are no more likely to face down the russians in Geogia than we are to declare our nation socialist.

First of all we'd get our asses handed to us by the Russians in that area, secondly Russia could shut off the oil/natural gas taps to Europe if we did.

Wars are fought over economic, folks.

Even Bush isn't that stupid.

Russia's already saying they're done.

But, then again....it's Russia. Who knows where this will go.

Russians have been playing the international chicken by war and threat game one hell of lot longer than we have, and they're damned good at it.

So your point, Allie, that nobody knows what the next move is, is one worth keeping in mind.
