I was just watching HNN Headline News. Police are sick & tired of evicting tenants who have receipts for their rent payments--yet the homeowner took their money & did not pay the mortgage with it. One was a single mom tenant.

So some police in certain cities are refusing to order them out of the rental home--if they have a receipt for their rent payment.
