Looks like its Keith Olberman, so it's probably not worth the click.

EDIT: Looks like Olbermann is not to be seen. It's a link to an MSNBC video report on FISA. Turley's comments are a bit odd - he's claiming the Congress is going to legislate away part of the 4th amendment, but as a Constitutional Law Professor he should be pointing out that Congress doesn't actually have that power. If Congress does in fact try to do that, the law should be struck down in court.
