He is right on one thing that a truce and/or cease-fire must exist in order for there any talks that lead to something! Also like it or not Hamas must be brought in on the talks. Yes they are a terrorist organization, but they hold the real power within Gaza and the WEST BANK. Unless Israel is going to go out and kill every single Hamas member (which would be impossible without killing 1,000 of people and 10s of 1,000s of civilians), then they need to start talking DIRECTLY to Hamas!
