As a young boy in church, I have read its history, both ancient as well as its current (1948 to date), read Israeli online newspapers (You'll see Dentonmc in a lot of talkbacks at Haaretz and occasionally at JP, but I prefer Haaretz since it is a liberal paper)

I believe that Israel is a nation that leads the way in many things, from its earnest attempt to provide justice and protection to all, all the way to fighting terrorism as it has done long before we saw terrorism as our personal problem.
There are a lot of things I think of Israel but we have a long time to discuss things so there is no reason to tell it all in the first sitting.

Well, I say we have a long time - I joined a year or two ago and this is the first time in a LONG time I have posted here. Life got really busy and interesting for me for a while there. Let me say I hope there's a lomng time for us to talk.

The last question - no, I haven't been but it is on the list of things to do.
