Why is it called Obamacare anyway? He had nothing to do with it.
It should be called PelosiReidcare...they are the ones Obama passed the buck to, and the ones responsible for such a clusterf*ck.

The Supreme Court has no constitutional authority to declare a law unconstitutional. It gave itself that power in Marbury v. Madison. On that basis, the opinion in NFIB v. Sebelius is merely a recommendation. The President has no obligation to be governed by it.

Of course they do. That's why the exist. To determine the constitutionality of laws.
