Rep Power: 41 | | | I live about 30 miles south of you Care4all.
It's not that cold here in the winter, usually.
The ocean mitigates the temperature.
The springs are colder than I like, though. The warm breezes from the South will be coming off the ocean for you and I , so it will probably seem like a colder spring than you're used to.
Don't know where you moved from but Maine definitely has its moments of glory.
You're probably going to love our July.
It'll be warm in the day and cool at night.
Ideal weather here one month a year.
Everyone's pretty much worried about heating our homes this winter, so you're not alone in that respect.
I see lot of people moving to wood heat.
I may take that step myself, but the price of wood per cord is rapidly going up to make that not so good either, unless you're finding your own wood yourself.
How are you chainsaw skills?

How are you chainsaw skills? | Not good! But we do own one, brand new, never been used, dad gave it to us for Christmas a couple of years ago. Got a very big apple tree that was derooted and is laying on its side that would give a cord or two or three....got at least a cord left from last year....
Where are you at...? Belfast, Stockton springs, Rockport?
Moved here from Massachusetts but are both from Florida before that, and my hubby is a Florida Native, actually born there! hahahahaha! no one is born there it seems but the hubby was....!!!
