...and he's RIGHT. Yesterday -Cp brought over 3 slabs of ribs to my place. Holy Lord ABOVE - especially with a MaryHill Zinfandel - these things kicked all kinds of ass.

So - keep your grill in the garage, and turn on the oven. Maybe Duane will post the recipe? Trust me - with the ribs and the bbq sauce and the wine - you'll thank him, if he does.

Anybody going to post a recipe?

I love ribs but I've never been able to cook them right. I think ribs are one of those foods that just aren't worth doing at home.

Slow cook em (babybacks)...oven 250. 2 1/2 -3 hrs. cover last half. That's the down an dirty. Details cost $$$:shocked1:

Too much work for me. I'll keep ribs in the restaurant category.

Although I rarely go to restaurants since they banned smoking everywhere. But there is always take out. I even get to save on the tip.
