Depends on what I'm cooking but in general..
I prefer the taste of charcoal and the convenience of gas.

Gas. Hands down...for a grill or a stove-top. For an oven? Wood-fire.

All the smokiness and flavour can be added.

Gas is cleaner, easier to use, and junk.

I'm done for the night..............

Someone in here has had way too much sugar in their diet...they need to bbq some protein to take their balance back to a normal range...I don't need anymore negs for the night....thank you very much...sigh!
